Booking policy

If you wish to book a bus with Vic’s Maxi Transport, then we require a deposit of $100 to secure the bus for your set date – this can be by cash, cheque, direct deposit into our account or via credit card. As a policy rule, if you do not put a deposit down, you will not get a bus.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit cards. Using a credit card will incur a 2% surcharge.

Refund policy

If your booking is for any date between January and September, and you would like to cancel it, then we require 48 hours’ notice.

Alternatively, if your booking is for October to December, then we require one week’s notice. 

If you give us the necessary notice, then your deposit will be returned to you in full. However, if you fail to inform us of any cancellations in time, then we reserve the right to retain the deposit as part of our terms and conditions.

Payments and office hours

The balance for your bus booking is payable before or on the day of travel. However, if you are using a credit card to pay off the balance, then you’ll need to pay on the last business day before travel – this can be done over the phone.
